Just plug this into your USB slot, insurt your SD or SDHC memory cards and bam. Reason I purchased the MicroMate was for my SDHC 8GB cell phone memory card. There is no hassle, there is no set up screen etc. No software needed. Great little product. No manual needed. your done. My other card reader didnot pick up the new SDHC card, so I bought this and it works like Magic.

Ordered this so I could transfer photos from place to place. To my surprise I found thet I can write to a sd card as well. Great product. Everyone should have at least one.
compact : about the size of a matchbook. sandisk micromate SD card reader is a great way to transfer files from your camera to your computer. remove card from camera insert in to sandisk micromate SD card reader then plug it in to your USB port and your files are transfered in no time. great price too. I paid $13.17
works well with vista 64 bit. for some reason, had usb speed warning with windows xp pro.
I've only had for a month, but so far, so good.Great concept - to be able to transfer photos from my camera to any pc (worked on my mac and hp laptop) is brilliant. The reader itself and the plastic transparent cap it comes with are neat and easy to carry about.
